Rock Solid Paving & Excavating Inc. was started by our president Hugh Graham in 1993. His vision of quality work and remarkable customer service was something he strived for from the beginning. Having the experience needed and the drive necessary, Hugh set his sights high. With a strong crew standing behind him, Rock Solid has become a highly respected company within the community.
