Only a few of the staff are effectively engaged. Very long wait times for call light, lack of service in many other areas, staff not medically competent. It's a dangerous environment.

This is by far the worse nursing and rehab home. We found my grandfather laying in the bed with no sheets. When asked why, no one could say why they changed the linen and failed to put a sheet on...
