scheduled a pee test through the IVR for 3:40PM. They stop doing pee tests at 3pm. IVR should clarify what type of appointment you are scheduling. Wasted trip

How in the world can you pay your stupid bill when you have to go through all this. And then you send it to collections for 27.53. This is not user friendly.
