Beware of bait and switch. They advertise a low price and then when you move all your stuff in - BAM!! 6 months later they raise the rates 30.6%. Talk about bait and switch. The f'd up...

I cannot ever get anyone at the office to answer the phone. And after being there for a year or so my price doubled.

6 months in they raised the rate $50. That to me is unacceptable and I won't be keeping anything with them moving forward.

If you're looking for storage, go somewhere else. Most Public Storage require you to buy a lock you can't use anywhere else. They don't pro-rate moving out early, so if you don't move out before...
