Neighbors' Educational Opportunities (NEO) is a locally created and governed nonprofit organization in Portage, Indiana, dedicated to transforming lives and communities through education and training. With a mission to empower individuals with the credentials, knowledge, skills, confidence, and hope they need to achieve their dreams, NEO offers a range of alternative pathways to meet each student's educational goals.
