History

Polymath grew out of my passion for collecting 1970s polyester women's wear, known for bright color, graphic lines and bold patterns. Knowing I wanted to start a social enterprise, I decided to experiment with making repurposed vintage accessories that support a local cause. Polymath upcylces vintage materials into modern, retro layering pieces that are perfect for active lifestyles, whether it's on the street, climbing a mountain, at the ballet barre, after yoga class or at the coffee shop. Casual, fun, funky and, as vintage, essentially one-of-a-kind. Enjoy wearing a piece of history!
