I have been a member for 2 weeks now and so far I can't complain, all the equipment works , bathrooms are clean and staff is very nice. Hope that doesn't change in the way.

Vincennes Planet Fitness needs updated equipment. Several of the machines are broke down. There's a rip in one of the massage chairs up front. One of the facial bulbs are out in the tanning bed...

Worst service ever stood at front desk for 15 minutes and no one ever came up to help or nothing. Get better employees. Btw they had 6 people working.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, patient, and very professional. The machines are well taken care of and the place is always being cleaned, and they have several cleaning stations placed...

Very unfriendly place. The staff is not helpful and makes up rules as they go along about what you can wear, what you can drink from... In their quest to make it a "judgment free zone", they do...
