I wish I could give negative stars. This company is horrific. I have had multiple pieces of furniture completely ruined, irreplaceable, antiques completely broken and unable to be repaired....

Quality customer service would mean fixing what you broke! I will do everything possible for people not to choose Planes. They don't and haven't taken responsibility for damaging my refrigerator....

I mean the folks who actually moved us were cool. And all in all I'm grateful there was so little damage. It seemed to take a long time and there were periods of time where they were just standing...
