Pedcor Companies

Pedcor Bancorp, formed in 1996, is a bank holding company that owns 84 percent of International City Bank and 100 percent of Pedcor Funding Corp. The company provides credit facilities to Pedcor related housing and commercial properties. International City Bank, with locations in Long Beach, Calif., and San Diego, is a national bank with assets totalling approximately $224 million. The bank specializes in commercial real estate and construction lending. In addition, International City Bank owns several subsidiaries known collectively as the Affordable Housing Group. Pedcor Funding Corp owns 100 percent of Village Housing Corporation and Village Affordable Housing Corporation. The company is engaged in affordable housing construction, development, financing and ownership. Pedcor Bancorp employs more than 90 people and maintains a location in Indianapolis.
