History

Hoosier Gun Coat was founded in 2006 as a hobby in the basement. In 2019 we moved to our current shop and formed Patriot Industrial Finishes to encompass the variety of service we could now offer in our larger location. This includes an 8-foot oven to handle batch jobs or bigger items.

Specialties

At Patriot Industrial Finishes and Hoosier Gun Coat, we service business and individual clients. We are glad to discuss your project and provide tips about how we can create the most durable and most attractive finish for the items. Powder coating and ceramic based finishes (we primarily use Cerakote) are typically applied to metals but can be used on a wide variety of surfaces also. Oven cured finishes tend to be most resilient but there are alternatives for items that may not withstand high oven temperatures. Possibilities are almost limitless.
