Community Action Program of Evansville is a nonprofit organization that provides Head Start, Early Head Start and daycare programs to residents in Evansville, Ind. The CAPE Head Start Learning Center provides intergenerational learning opportunities for Head Start families. Volunteers provide education, as well as emergency assistance to families.
