Food is good as always but Emilee took 10 min to service one family from start to finish. This is ridiculous even in the middle of dinner rush.

Waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes with no explanation and then waited an additional 15 minutes in the parking lot for the food to be ready. Total of 45 minutes waiting for mediocre...

Drove 15min because I was oddly crazing Panda Express. Go through the drive through (20 minutes) & order a plate. Fried rice / chow mein, sweetfire chicken and broccoli beef. Finally get my food....

If I could give no stars I would. Sat in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes.. there is NO WAY to leave once you are in line. When I asked the service worker how much long she thought the wait...
