Hassan Khan, MD, PhD, is board-certified physician in internal medicine, echocardiography, cardiology and cardiovascular computed tomography. Dr. Khan’s specializes in Electrophysiology and his areas of interest include ablation of atrial fibrillation & atrial tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), premature ventricular complexes (PVCs) and ventricular tachycardia ablation; implantation of left atrial occlusion device (Watchman/Amulet) for patients with atrial fibrillation who are intolerant to oral anticoagulants (blood thinners), implantation of cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization therapy devices and leadless pacemakers. Dr. Khan also focuses on physiologic pacing (left bundle pacing) to minimize the hazards of long-term cardiac pacing. He has received numerous awards and honors, is a member of many honorary and professional societies, and has over 100 publications. Anne Marie Koch, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Pulmonary Specialists, specializing in chronic disease management. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Louisville School of Nursing, Kentucky, and her doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Kentucky College of Nursing, Lexington. Anne Marie is passionate about providing compassionate care and empowering patients to take control of their health. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with her two children, and traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband.

Rebecca Dentinger Brauner is a nurse practitioner with Norton Pulmonary Specialists who manages the care of patients with lung and sleep issues. Rebecca was born and raised in Louisville. She attended the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate nursing degree and the University of Louisville for her Master's in nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Rebecca worked as an intensive care unit nurse for many years. Rebecca was inspired to work in the field of pulmonary medicine due to her own personal experiences with family members who have lung disease, as well as her professional experiences as a nurse working with pre- and post-lung transplant patients. Her goal as a provider is to deliver the best care possible and ultimately help improve the patient's quality of life.
