the facility is good but they messed up one of our piercings and just gave us a $5 discount. they also have a really bad selection of earrings, i had to get my cartilage done with a large stud...

BUYER BEWARE!! Go ahead and save your money for the redo if you have a tattoo done here. Tattoo, customer service and overall experience was complete trash. You've been warned.
