History
Collis Naylor founded Naylor's Automotive in August of 1990 after several years of service work for a local auto dealer. Realizing the need for an independent service provider, he built a small, two-bay shop on his personal property to serve a growing list of clientele. At first, Collis primarily provided alignment services for other small shops in the greater mooresville area, and minor repairs for private customers. Over the last 20+ years, the shop has grown to six bays containing seven lifts, and employs three full-time technicians in addition to Collis. As the shop grew, so did the list of services. Naylor's now provides complete automotive services, from tires, suspension, and brakes, to major engine & transmission repair.
