I went in this morning for the first time at this location for a blood draw. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a very painless blood draw.

Walk up to the window and got absolutely rudest greeting. No good morning, no hello, just a "what do you need" in a gruff tone. Then practically yelled at me to sign in. Then told me my writing...

The staff at the Southpoint location are hands down, wonderful and kind. They put our young, terrified children at ease before, during and after blood draws. There's no place else at this point...
