History2015 marks the 95th year that professional services have been provided to the community from the building located at 110 West Main Street (next to the Post Office), in historic downtown Bainbridge Indiana. The law Office of Chris Lotzow is proud to continue this great tradition. Originally built by the National Spotted Poland-China records association as the repository for breeding and registration records, the building is a substantial brick structure with a massive vault to safeguard these important records. The vault subsequently made the building a good location for the Bank of Bainbridge until conglomeration brought Tri-County Bank to the new bank building on the east side of Bainbridge. An accounting office (the Lents firm) put the facility to good use after that for nearly 25 years, until its most recent use as home to my Law Office.
