Melissa B Davidson, APRN, FNP-BC

Tammy K. Schrodt, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group. She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield. Dr. Schrodt is board certified in pediatrics. She adores helping children and families, and will listen to parents’ concerns about their child and provide compassionate care. Her past experience includes pediatric emergency and urgent care. She has served on the ethics committee and the pharmacy and therapeutics committee at Norton Children’s Hospital. Dr. Schrodt is originally from Pikeville, Kentucky, and is a devout Catholic. She grew up in a close family and continues to be dedicated to her family and enjoys spending time with them. In her leisure time, she loves reading all of John Grisham’s books and can’t get enough of the ocean, even getting married on the beach. Dr. Schrodt enjoys arts and crafts and has volunteered to bake cakes for family, friends and an organization, Cake4Kids. She loves roller coasters and amusement parks and sharing that experience with her family.

Lisa A. Norfleet, M.D., is an obstetrician/gynecologist with Norton Women’s Care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Norfleet is board certified in OB/GYN. Dr. Norfleet also earned a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in health care administration from UofL. She provides care for patients from teenagers to later years, She enjoy helping women transition through different stages of their lives, from the first period, through pregnancy and menopause, and supporting them to be as happy and healthy as possible. Her care philosophy is to listen to patients and work with them to find solutions for their health issues and concerns. Dr. Norfleet has two children and a goldendoodle named Lucy. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time between sports, homework and school activities.

Kent E. Morris, M.D., is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology and electrophysiology. He specializes in cardiology and electrophysiology. Dr. Morris earned his medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield and completed his internal medicine residency there. He then completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at St. Vincent Hospital, The Care Group, in Indianapolis, Ind.Dr. Morris is a member of the American College of Cardiology, Kentucky Medical Association, Greater Louisville Medical Society and the Heart Rhythm Society. In addition to clinical cardiology, Dr. Morris has special interests in electrophysiology, radiofrequency ablation and pacemaker /AICD: Automatic Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator. His mission is to provide the highest quality, compassionate, patient-centered care in the area of cardiovascular medicine.Away from the office, Dr. Morris enjoys listening to music, reading and spending time with his family.
