Medusa Hair Design is owned and operated by Stacie Leons-Parnell. Stacie has been in the industry since 1984. After co-owning another local salon she decided to branch out on her own. Medusa Hair Design recently moved locations in 2009 to accommodate our expanding stylists and business.
