Sent us the wrong products, plus a defective mattress and refuse to replace with what was ordered without paying a restocking fee. Customer service is terrible as they never return calls.

its been two weeks since I was promised a refund and I still haven't received it. called today to find out it had been denied and has to be reprocessed. so now I have to wait another 14...
