Raymond S. Candelaria, NP, MSN, is a family medicine nurse practitioner serving patients of all ages in the Howard region. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and earned his MSN from Indiana University Kokomo in 2021. Raymond is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Angie Bowman, NP received her bachelor of science from Indiana Wesleyan University and her masters of science from Ball State University. Angie is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Angie began her 30-year career in healthcare as a volunteer EMT and worked towards becoming a family nurse practitioner. She spent 10 years as a family nurse practitioner. She currently works as an ob/gyn nurse practitioner, drawing from past experience as a labor and delivery nurse. Angie enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, traveling, reading and attending Broadway musicals. She is a Colts football and Kokomo Jackrabbits baseball fan.
