Now as we enter an exciting new chapter and have renamed our healthcare system Marion Health, we continue to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient medical services. Over recent years, Marion has leapfrogged to a Five Star CMS rated hospital, placing it in the top 7% of all hospitals in the country. Ishan Gohil, MD, received a bachelor of science degree in biology/chemistry from St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Ind. He received a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital and Health System. He has a special interest in well child care and chronic care of adults with heart failure, COPD, and diabetes. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, reading science fiction, drawing with charcoal art, and playing video games.
