My chocolate chip cookies were hard and burnt. I don't know how they could have overlooked how burnt they were and still gone ahead and sent them. Ordered in DoorDash

Ordered cookies via Uber eats. Not only was the order wrong but it was $15 for burnt cookies that were hard and tasted like charcoal.

So disappointed. Didn't get the cookies we ordered, very disappointing when the whole family spends time picking their favorites and that is not what is delivered.
