Macog

The Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) serves as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, and St. Joseph Counties, focusing on environmental justice analysis and outreach efforts to low-income, minority, and other potentially disadvantaged populations. Utilizing a methodology developed by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, MACOG identifies and maps the locations of these populations based on data from the American Community Survey.
