SpecialtiesSince 1966 This firm was established by some of the present members in 1966. During the first twelve years of the firm's existence, we were located in south-suburban Kokomo, Indiana. In 1979 we bought the building we now occupy, located in downtown Kokomo, across from the Courthouse, and moved our offices there. The building was donated to Bona Vista Programs Inc. in 2007 subject to our right to continue renting our office space. The firm maintains a general practice with a strong emphasis on personal injury litigation, including some defense work, in all state and federal courts. We also have a substantial practice in real estate, estate planning, probate, and contract litigation. It employs five additional personnel including four paralegals. The firm encourages continuing education for lawyers paralegals, and secretaries as well as participation in professional and civic organizations.
