Great pizzas, but absolutely lousy customer service. I walked in and placed (and paid for) a "Hot and Ready" cheese pizza. They said it would be 10 minutes, and that I should sit down and wait for...

Typically a great pizza for the price. Here we are Saturday night at 6:30 picked up a pizza and it's cold and nasty .. disappointing I only gave 3 stars because in the past we had been happy.

Worst customer service I've ever received Walked in at 10:52 and was told they are closed until 11 o clock asked if I can place and order and was told no while she's on the phone taking a order.....
