His capabilities include construction management, project administration, quality control, and bidding.-David Pence, P.E., Vice President, with a degree in Electrical Engineering, became a part of our company in 1981 after serving an internship with an engineering firm in Shelbyville, Kentucky. He specializes in electrical installations and actively participates in project management, quality control, scheduling, and bidding.
