The wastewater treatment plant is a part of The City of Kokomo. It operates seven departments, including administration, pretreatment, laboratory, plant operations, plant maintenance, sewer maintenance and biodiesel. The plant treats nearly 23.5 million gallons per day of all dry weather sewage transported by the collection system.
