Dr. Blake is a board-certified OB/GYN and Urogynecologist by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He specializes in female pelvic health and other gynecologic disorders. He is also a board-certified fellow in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery by the American Urogynecologic Society. Dr. Blake received his medical degree from Indiana University, completed internships and residencies at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Blake specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, pelvic pain, vestibulitis and vulvodynia, minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery, pelvic floor surgery, urinary incontinence, urogynecology, interstitial cystitis, and hormone replacement therapies for menopause and other UroGyn conditions. He provides a holistic approach to women's health management.(takes patients for uro-gynecological care only)
