Kent's Harbor opened its doors in 1974, the same year Brookville Lake began to fill with water from the initial closing of the dam. Starting on just 3 1/2 acres, the fledgling enterprise sold bait, gas, serviced boats and offered boat rentals. Our business is built on setting ourselves apart from the normal boat store. Out here, we are going to let you know you're somebody special when you first meet one of our staff. Besides, we figure that you've got to be pretty special to come out here to our lake, and find us in the first place!

We rented a pontoon for the afternoon--prices were reasonable, the staff was outstanding and the boat we rented was in great shape. And on a beautiful lake!
