Wow. I have had terrible experiences at other journey's so I quit shopping there. I just needed some socks so I ran in not expecting much a half hour before close and the two women working went...

The in store sales person was nice and helpful however if you have to return an item you could wait a month for your money and if you call their customer service number be prepared to deal with...
