over an hour ...still no delivery. ordered hot sandwich, not hot. order sandwich cut in half, not cut. ordered a drink, no straw. will not use again. unable to remove tip or i would have.

The beach club had no guacamole, it was just lettuce and cucumbers tomato and 2 slices of turkey. I did a double take, what is this .

This is the 3rd time, that I have gone to this Jimmy Johns & had a bad experience. They always manage to get my order wrong. There are a bunch of teenagers working there, that do not seem to care...
