Stopped in for pickup of an app order on road trip. Quick and fresh as expected, and appreciate the extra wrap when asked to cut sandwiches in half. Easier and less messy in the car.

We were repeat customers until they totally messed my sandwich and the manager blamed it on the computer system and didn't offer to remake it or give a refund. Good luck ordering from Jimmy Johns!
