JESSE Educational Service is a Special Education Cooperative in North Central Indiana, providing a range of services to nine school corporations in the area. Established in 1975, JESSE offers administration, psychological services, transition programming, therapy services, counseling, and coordination of special education services, among others. Governed by a nine-member Board of Managers, JESSE supports over 70 special education classes and resource programs in more than 30 schools.

As the Administering Corporation for JESSE, the Plymouth Community School Corporation acts as the administrative and fiscal agent for the cooperative. While special education classroom staff are employed by the individual school corporations, JESSE continues to provide essential services that are not feasible for the corporations to offer individually. With a commitment to supporting students with special needs, JESSE plays a vital role in enhancing educational opportunities and ensuring inclusive education in the region.
