Jeffrey Howe, MD - Beacon Medical Group Elkhart East

Dr. Dyck earned his bachelor's degree from Bethel College and his medical degree from Ross University. Dr. Dyck completed his family medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. He is board-certified in family medicine.

Dr. Qasim received her medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan. She completed residencies in general surgery and general internal medicine at Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi and in family medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences West. She has experience managing acute and chronic medical conditions in people of all ages. Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Qasim is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Hanberg is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Loyola University Medical Center.
