No cashier or checkout on 2nd floor. You have to pay at one checkout station on 1st floor. One elderly cashier at checkout. She is working at a snails pace. 10 people in line and all are disgusted...

They allow men in the ladies restroom. Mom's beware of letting your children go in alone! The fitting room was filthy.

I hadn't been to a JCP in years and already want to go back. I LOVE a good deal. Their clearance section was buy one get one FREE. Ummmm okay. Sign me up. I got 5 tops, a sweater, a dress, 4 pairs...

Super disorganized. Merchandise is on the floor and some racks are empty. Just no one cares. Customer service is horrible.
