Opened in April of 2016, Ink or Swim Tattoo embodies the vision of owners Kerri, Michael, and Lee, who set out looking to create a safe, clean, and friendly environment for your permanent skin art. They didn't want customers worrying about ripped chairs, tight quarters, or pushy artists at Ink or Swim. Here you're treated like family, not a dollar sign. We are locally owned (Michael), veteran owned (Lee), and woman owned (Kerri), and take great pride in being all three. Your experience will be above and beyond your expectations in every facet. We provide soda, water, and small snacks while you wait, world-class artists, and only the best aftercare products on the market. Our dedication to a professional environment is apparent in everything we do, from industry-best suppliers to employing the best artists in The Region. As a part of this commitment is to be positive pillars of the Valparaiso community, Ink or Swim Tattoo joined the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.

Flew in to Valparaiso to visit friends, and had to get a tattoo here. I loved Scotty's work. Felt like a comfortable, relaxing experience with friends. Will get another tattoo here again
