I knew place was bad when I saw the sign on their door stating they are not a medical facility. They did nit provide me services yet they charged my card, without me signing

Buyer beware!! Do not and I repeat DO NOT receive services from this facility. They convince my husband and I to get a package and it was a waste of money. Now we are stuck paying for 2 years....
