Board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Fondoble is a graduate of the University of Kansas and University of Kansas School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at St. Vincent Hospitals and Health Services in 2003. Since 2015, Dr. Fondoble has provided non-surgical bariatric care including pre-surgery medically supervised weight loss (as specified by health insurance). She leads the St. Vincent Bariatric Call to Life program, a 30 week/ 20 session non-surgical weight loss program designed for long-term weight management. As an Internal medicine physician, Dr. Fondoble has extensive primary care experience, specializing in care for veterans and older adults. Her interests include geriatric /elder care medicine and preventive health medicine, including helping her patients achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Julie Schnieders, CNP, is the executive director of the St. Vincent Carmel Women's Center and a board-certified women's health care nurse practitioner by the National Certification Corporation (NCC). She is in a practice that diagnoses and treats women of all ages. She has a special interest in menopause and pelvic health. She received her master's in nursing from Indiana University and since that time had devoted her career to the care of women. Through St. Vincent Women's Health Services, Julie is part of the core team that has developed the High-risk Breast Clinic, Pelvic Health Program, Women's Cardiac Risk Clinic, and Taketime4U wellness programs and education. She is also a founding member of the Center for Hope (an Indianapolis metro treatment center based in emergency departments for individuals who have been sexually assaulted). Julie is a frequent guest lecturer on a variety of women's health topics at community events and professional healthcare meetings. Julie's goal is to take care of women as they spend their lives taking care of everyone else.
