Horizons Home Care

Located in Owensboro Ky., Wendell Foster's Campus has been providing support programs for people with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities since 1947. It is a private, nonprofit corporation that offers individualized support, therapy and training to empower individuals with mental retardation and developmental disorders. The organization provides a wide range of programs and services, including nursing services, independent homes and supported community living, physical and occupational therapy, and speech and language services. Its other services include therapeutic and educational programming, person-centered planning, pediatric and adult therapy interventions and various other services for children. Its Robert E. Green Therapy Pavilion serves as an outpatient rehabilitation facility.

ProRehab was founded in 1999 in Evansville, Indiana. We have grown to over 20 clinics serving 3 states - Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. ProRehab is the leading provider of physical and occupational therapy and athletic training in the region we serve.
