My experience was horrible. My inbound flight was cancelled. I called Hertz customer service to give new flight # and ETA of 12:30am. I was not informed Hertz counter would be closed. $36 for Uber...

Hertz rental on Christmas Eve was a pleasant experience. The return 4 days letter not as much. 1 person working 3 booths does not allow for timeliness for the consumer.
