I went to healthnet this morning and the dr didn't call my meds in I've waiting on the phone for 1 hour and they keep telling me I'm next in line why does it take so long

Very rude called twice and got two different rude people to speak with I wouldn't even call them employees they didn't help me at all and pretty much told me that I couldn't make any appointments...
