Their drive thru is a joke. They are constantly having cars pull forward and park to wait. They'll do this even if there isn't a line because they are trying to rack up good drive thru speeds...

Sausage platter: gravy was cold, hash browns were cold and soggy, eggs were overcooked. Music was loud and very annoying.

Slow service, cold food room temperature cold, no condiments left out no napkins small portion of food

17 minutes from time I placed order until I received the food. Fries were on the cool side No sense of urgency
