As Indiana's first cottage-style, skilled nursing home, Green House Cottages of Carmel offers a new kind of skilled nursing community. Each cottage is staffed with a small, self-managed team of Certified Nursing Assistants who provide around-the-clock personal care. A clinical team of nurses is available 24/7.
