Jasper County Hospital is located in Rensselaer, Ind. The hospital s campus includes the medical building, which houses four departments, including home health care and hospice, home medical equipment, rehabilitation and sports therapy, and community relations. Its facilities include emergency room, intensive and alternate care unit, electroencephalography laboratory, medical and surgical rooms, certified mammography center, CT scan, ultrasound, and nuclear scanning. The hospital has more than 40 physicians, and offers services, such as 24-hour emergency care, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, radiology, orthopedics, urology, oncology, obstetrics, medicine and surgery and athletic training. It also provides rural health centers and community education. Kankakee Valley Health Center is an affiliate of Jasper County Hospital, and offers physical, speech, occupational and aquatic therapies.
