Dr. Matthew Negaard developed a passion for medicine through the influence of his parents - an athletic trainer and an intensive care nurse. He has contributed research and education in musculoskeletal ultrasound and injuries, as well as a variety of emergency medicine topics, and specializes in the following areas: ● Sports Medicine ● Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Ultrasound ● Ultrasound-guided Injections and Procedures ● Sports Performance ● Concussion ● Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (formerly known as Female Athlete Triad) ● Orthobiologics (i.e. Platelet Rich Plasma) ● Acute Musculoskeletal Injuries Additionally, Dr. Negaard has a passion for serving those without access to medical care. He has tended to those in need in Tanzania and Haiti. He also has continued work in local emergency departments. Outside of his work, Dr. Negaard enjoys participating in recreational athletics, attending sporting events and playing board games with his wife Briana.

Dr. Michael Bender strongly believes in patient-centered decision-making - where patients feel engaged and comfortable in making informed decisions. Named Butler University's orthopedic team physician in 2021, Dr. Bender specializes in disorders of the shoulder and elbow, with a focus on the following: ● Shoulder Replacements (Total and Reverse) ● Advanced Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery (Rotator Cuff, Labrum, etc.) ● Shoulder and Elbow Fractures ● Throwing Injuries ● Open and Arthroscopic Elbow Surgery In addition to his work with Butler University, Dr. Bender is the team physician for Park Tudor High School and the team consultant for Indiana State University Athletics. An Indiana native, he and his wife enjoy living and practicing medicine in their home state. They are the proud parents of twin boys and a daughter.

Lucian Warth, MD, treats his patients as he would his own family, ensuring they're treated with compassion and the highest quality of care. He enjoys helping patients rebound from debilitating arthritis to regain their independence and quality of life, including a return to active and fulfilling lifestyles. Dr. Warth developed a passion for orthopedics as a child while playing with the hip and spine models his mother would bring home from the clinic where she worked as an orthopedic nurse. As he grew older, Dr. Warth had the opportunity to interact with several of the orthopedic surgeons at the University of Iowa and quickly gained an appreciation for their ability to have an impact on the lives of their patients.
