FXI is a producer of flexible polyurethane foam for the bedding, furniture, carpet-cushion and automotive markets. Established in 1952, Foamcraft Inc. is engaged in foam fabrication. Based in Elkhart, Ind., the company produces a complete line of polyurethane foam products. Covering 48,000 square feet of the fabrication space, it maintains and operates four foam fabrication facilities as well as a distribution center. Foamcraft Inc. has vast experience and expertise in producing foam products for various market segments, such as residential, commercial furniture, marine, packaging, recreational vehicle (RV), consumer, medical and other arena. It uses numerous process techniques, including horizontal/vertical computer numeric control (CNC) counter cutting, automatic vertical slitting, high speed carousel slitting, die cutting, lamination and conventional cutting capabilities.

Since 1954, the EFP corporation has specialized in providing creative solutions to packaging, appliance, automotive and foundry applications. Its facilities in Elkhart, Ind., and Decatur, Ala., are two of the largest foam-manufacturing plants in North America. The company also has plants in Nashville and Gordonsville, Tenn.
