I have yet to order a cake from Fleur-de-lis bakery, but I can tell you the cake pops are incredible. I had a lesson in making cake pops, taught by Amanda, using cake and frosting from the bakery....

After completing her culinary degree with Ivy Tech and apprenticing under multiple bakers in Indianapolis, Amanda decided it was time branch out on her own in 2014. With the support of St. Matthew's Commissary, she has been able to provide her own take on custom cakes and desserts since 2014.
