Vancrest Health Care Centers provides individualized care services for patients and their families. It operates various facilities that offer long-term health care solutions. The centers facilities provide assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, nutritional encouragement, and medication and treatment administration. In addition, Vancrest Health Care Centers facilities offer restorative care and assisted living services. The centers facilities administer the Parkinson's Activity & Rehabilitation Klinic (P.A.R.K.) program, which was instituted in 1989. Its facilities provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation solutions. Vancrest Health Care Centers facilities also serve meals. It operates the Vancrest of Delphos and Sarah Jane Living Center.
