The Sturges-Young Civic Center and Auditorium is located in Sturgis, Mich. It maintains a facility for a variety of events, such as wedding receptions and big stage performances. The auditorium has a capacity of up to 950 people and welcomes local talent and nationally recognized artists sponsored by businesses, organizations and area schools. The Sturges-Young Civic Center and Auditorium hosts preperformance dinners, as well as cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. It also organizes and conducts events, such as class reunions, proms, open houses, holiday parties, church gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences, lectures and seminars. The auditorium s menu includes roast beef and turkey, chicken parmesan, vegetable lasagna, meatloaf and seafood platters.
